Talon Support CRM Portal
The Talon Customer Portal provides our customers and resellers a single point of information, including a tool to manage your incidents, to explore our rich knowledge base, and download the latest Talon FAST™ Software, Documentation, and Best practices. Talon Support CRM uses the Zoho Creator cloud-based application platform in order to track incidents, manage licensing, and document knowledge base articles.
Login to the Zoho application cloud by clicking the button below. Please use your e-mail address and password to login to the Talon Support CRM. If it says "Loading—Please wait", it is using cached credentials and therefore you will be automatically logged in and redirected to the Talon Support CRM. If you have any questions or concerns, please take a look at the instruction video in order to get the most out Talon Support CRM.
Note: In order to gain access to Talon Support CRM, you must have a valid support contract or be a registered partner.
